Vibrant, educated, and family-friendly, Richland boasts unlimited recreational opportunities with three great rivers converging and the warmth of 300 days of sun each year. Richland is known as the science and engineering hub, home to two college campuses, and a national laboratory, Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. An interesting fact is that there are more Richland residents who specialize in computers and math than 95% of other U.S. cities. Richland also ranks among the highest in the nation for their level of education with 42.06% having at least a bachelor’s degree.

Richland began as a small World War II-era town born of comradery, determination, and perseverance. Between 1943 and 1945, Richland’s population ballooned from 250 to 20,000 residents and 5,000 homes were built. Letters were assigned to house plans, and today, these “Alphabet Homes” remain an important part of Richland’s history.

Richland real estate consists mainly of single-family homes with home buying options for all.
