Carol-Lynn DenHoed is a proven 10 Star broker. She brought us a relatively quick sale on a 1-Off property; the largest residential lot in Rancho Reata, with a large custom house, built out over 30 years. Her advice and suggestions throughout the entire process resulted in a sale at a gratifying closing price very near the listing. We used a home equity loan to spruce up the home; new carpets and painting, marble counter tops, beautiful backsplash behind kitchen sink, frontal planter boxes, wrought iron deck rail. Getting all of this work done in a timely and professional way was somewhat of a challenge due to the pandemic. In addition to Carol-Lynn's guidance on where to get the most bang for the $, whenever we ran into an obstacle she always had resources (installers) that we never would have found. Her outstanding contribution to the quick sale was getting a virtual fly-around video of the whole property and inside the house. The listing had the most MLS hits and brought us a contingent offer within 2 days of the listing going live. When the contingent offer fell through, Carol-Lynn brought us another offer, which went through to closing. Which was all seamless, considering that we had by then moved to southern Utah. Selling what was our dream home 30 years ago and moving 900 miles away was heart-wrenching.
